The gap is quite big. My other family is well-connected and relatively affluent. They have enough money to send strangers to pursue undergraduate and graduate degree. As for the other one, we even struggle to meet basic needs and pay our bills 😅 as I am the only one who works there.

I meant to write this reflection longer but I got distracted with work. Still, I come into conclusion that I just have to start small and start negotiating with the contractor to fix the roofing slowly rather than what my mother asks which is a major work and gets overwhelming.
