I believe in the idea of "go where you are treated best" which sadly my country doesn't do that and I can understand those who leave their countries. However, it's really loss for a country to lose their brightest people yet if the current environment doesn't support them, why stay?

Somehow, you portray this topic more balanced and also shows us the disadvantage of emigrating into another country. I can add though, there's also another perspective from countries like UK and US with the ongoing mass migration and how it also affects them. There's really no easy way to approach this but thanks for shedding this light on us and from your country's perspective.
