It doesn't explicitly touch on it but just covers the fear of being the one-hit-wonder and to never return to that glory again. Oh and the first person she mentioned in her work, Jack Gilbert was the type of guy that had success but choose a quiet life away from public's eye for some other reasons I'll let you find out. So, in a way I think she does.
