The job isn't that different from on Hive, my skills are transferrable cause I have to make cover, write documents, research, and talking to people too π
In our field, since our product is policy and they'll be implemented at national level or even being used for companies to decide their projects, needing experience and higher degree levels are important. But funnily enough though, I helped draft some of the documents content π€£ and those people with higher degree just correct it.
and in this line of job, those people with Phd and masters typically earn $7000-9000/projects that only lasts 2-3 months. While the average salary of people here is only 250/month. So, they're definitely on the high end earners.
I actually work at my mother's consultancy firm but is paid normal salary π€£. All of her workers except me and few other low level staff have masters degree. it's tough getting a job these days and I've seen how brutal it is at the market.
I personally have applied to many but didn't get callπ
