I wanted to get a condominium but my mom really told me it's some kind of trap😄cause it's not freehold over here and we'd get more just by buying a lot in the village. While it is equipped with modern amenities, it's not something you'd want to stay in for long too. Sometimes they also cost more than home ownership with freehold. Like, a two bedroom condo costs like $40k and a home with similar size would cost $15k. The only downside is definitely they'd be outskirt or just in the suburb.
