Interesting observation, January is rainy season where I am at too and they're always gloomy as hell. I am talking about the 24 hours constant rain and storms. I believe that weather can really affect people's mental state and mood. Again, despite the myths or cultural beliefs, it's important talking about mental health and not stigmatized people who speak up of their problems.
