it's really difficult to inspire someone who has no intention to becoming a teacher. Even my colleagues who graduate from pedagogy major are not teachers. They prefer doing something else, a friend told me " you can not get rich fast being a teacher." but certainly we still need good educators who are passionate to teach, maybe just maybe they'd need to raise the incentives.
