Are you new to steemit and looking to post videos? Here are some tips to get you started faster.
In order to log into d.tube you will need your username and Posting Private Key which is located under Wallet / Permissions.
There may be some issues posting videos using Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge. Mozilla Firefox seems to work best.
If you’re looking for some free background music you can find some on dsound.audio. You will notice that some audio files do not have a download button. If you have permission from author, you can still download those from IPFS by looking up the link in post on steemit. Then navigating to that file location on IPFS.
For free pictures you can take a look at pixabay.com.
Once you upload your video to d.tube, your video will also be stored in IPFS. IPFS.io is basically a file system open to everyone so anything you post will be available to everyone that has access to the id of the file.
