Sometimes we want to get away from the graph and relax in nature without noise. To listen to the birds chirping, the river babbling, the leaves rustling, the flowers smelling and the wind blowing. those are the rare moments when we listen to ourselves, our inner voice, when we think clearly and listen to our feelings. Nature helps us to come into harmony with our mind, soul and body, to connect and to take a break from all the stress. I go to nature at least once a week
