I have never understood this behavior. Last time I was irritated like that was in Croatia near the beach Hivians were swimming at. Someone had left their entire trash bag there and of course animals had tore it open. It is irresponsible and I feel I see more younger people being careless about their trash they put in nature. For example, young parents here do not bother cleaning up all the plastics from broken kid's toys. It is all over. It is very disappointing. And not to mention that they teach their kids that is okay to cast the broken shit all over too.
