Haciendo dije de Rosa a partir de lamina de cobre/ proceso / ES/EN
Saludos, después de un tiempo sin publicar, les traigo un dije de rosa, una pieza sencilla, elegante y femenina, que si tienes habilidades básicas de joyería y dominas la técnica de calado es muy fácil de hacer.
Para empezar le nombraré algunos de los materiales y herramientas que se necesitan:
🔹 Impresión o dibujo de la pieza
🔹 Lámina de cobre de 0.5 mm de espesor, es lo que utilice, también se puede utilizar bronce, plata o alpaca; sobre el espesor lo pueden variar de 0.5mm a 1 mm.
🔹 Argolla de cobre. El hilo de aproximado de 0.7 mm de espesor.
🔹 Lijas 3M número de grano 240, 360 y 400.
🔹 Dremel con eje flexible, el Dremel es necesario para abrir los huecos y en mi caso para lijar y pulir.
🔹 Mecha o broca para abrir hueco, yo usé de 0.75 mm.
🔹 Mopa de algodón para pulir.
🔹 Cera para pulir metales, yo empleé una verde que suele venir con el Dremel.
🔹 Arco de segueta para joyería.
🔹 Pelos de segueta número 0/3.
🔹 Pega en barra o pega blanca.
🔹 Portalijas.
🔹 Astillero de madera para joyería o tabla con abertura de v, para poder trabajar con la lámina y el corte con la segueta.
PASOS
Pegamos la imagen en una lámina de cobre con pega de barra, pero antes es necesario lijar la superficie con lija 220 para que pueda pegar bien la impresión de la flor. Si no tienes pega de barra, puedes utilizar pega blanca.
Con el Dremel y mecha de 0.75 mm hice los huecos para hacer los cortes internos.
Con el arco de segueta o caladora usamos la sierra 3/0 cortamos los espacios internos, esto es de hacerlo con cuidado, con calma, siempre tratando de seguir el contorno de los espacios.
Con la segueta cortamos la silueta de la flor, quitamos la impresión, para empezar a corregir la figura por dentro y por fuera empleando la segueta y lima donde haga falta, posterior se pasan las lija de grano 220, 360 y 400.
Una vez lijado se procede a pulir con el Dremel o con un motor de banco, utilizando una mopa de algodón y cera de pulir para joyería, después se limpia con agua y jabón (lavaplato), por último se coloca una argolla de cobre, como ven en la foto ese es el acabado en cobre, pero se puede mandar a bañar en plata u oro.
Así queda en el acabado de baño de plata o algo parecido si se hace en plata ley.
Así queda en baño de oro.

Greetings, after a while without publishing, I bring you a rose pendant, a simple, elegant and feminine piece, that if you have basic jewelry skills and master the openwork technique, it is very easy to make.
To begin, I will name some of the materials and tools that are needed:
🔹 Printing or drawing of the part
🔹 0.5 mm thick copper sheet, whatever you use, you can also use bronze, silver or nickel silver; About the thickness they can vary from 0.5mm to 1mm.
🔹 Copper ring. The thread of approximately 0.7 mm thick.

🔹 Dremel with a flexible shaft, the Dremel is necessary to open the holes and in my case to sand and polish.
🔹 Wick or drill to open hole, I used 0.75 mm.
🔹 Cotton mop to polish.
🔹 Wax to polish metals, I used a green one that usually comes with the Dremel.
🔹 Segueta bow for jewelry.
🔹 Hacksaw hairs number 0/3.
🔹 Paste in bar or white paste.
🔹 Lid holder.
🔹 Wooden shipyard for jewelry or table with v opening, to be able to work with the sheet and cut with the hacksaw.
STEPS
We paste the image on a copper sheet with stick glue, but first it is necessary to sand the surface with 220 sandpaper so that the flower impression can be well glued. If you don't have stick glue, you can use white glue.
With the Dremel and a 0.75 mm bit I made the holes to make the internal cuts.
With the hacksaw or jigsaw bow we use the 3/0 saw we cut the internal spaces, this is to do it carefully, calmly, always trying to follow the contour of the spaces.
With the hacksaw we cut the silhouette of the flower, we remove the impression, to start correcting the figure inside and out using the hacksaw and file where necessary, later we pass the 220, 360 and 400 grit sandpaper.
Once sanded, it is polished with the Dremel or with a bench motor, using a cotton mop and polishing wax for jewelry, then it is cleaned with soap and water (dishwasher), finally a copper ring is placed, as You see in the photo that is the copper finish, but it can be plated in silver or gold.
This is how it looks in the silver plated finish or something similar if it is made in sterling silver.
This is how it looks in gold plating.
