I'm like a tech challenged, semi-illiterate old lady that just figured out how to make a Steemit account. I've spent my life as a researcher of everything. I'm extremely open-minded. No subject is off limits and I can entertain any ideas, because I feel like, the more knowledge you can filter through more ideas, the closer you can get to real learning. I've been interested in the paranormal since I was a child, and now that I am older, I am still fascinated with it, along with aliens, physics, end-times eschatology, Mandela Effects, Consciousness, and how technology enhances these subjects. I grew up around the strange and unexplainable and it was a normal part of life. I spent most of my childhood in Crestone, Colorado in what some call "the most paranormal valley on Earth." I didn't know paranormal things were a taboo subject until I got older and "Science" or rather, "Scientism" took the reigns of what subjects are allowed in public discourse, and which subjects are prohibited until empirical evidence (evidence the empire allows) permits them to be spoken of.
When I was about 8 years old, we were having one of those "Read-It" challenges through school, where you would get sponsorship based on the number of books read. I went to the library and took home as many books as I could. I got a few paranormal books from our Scholastic Book Order, one about Uri Gellar and Spontaneous Human Combustion, and of course, Ghostbusters. That moment launched my lifelong love of learning and books. I can not imagine a world without books. If I could have any job on this planet, I would be a librarian, but for now, I am just a homeschooling, gardening, crunchy-leaning (still have a long way to go on that one, but we all start somewhere.), stay at home mom.
I am doing what I love, and they say that when you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.
