Hi all,
Another post in this series. Thank you for your support in the previous posts π
This series intends to determine if there are other aspects of cards that may contribute to increasing its value. Based on your feedback I can focus on more/other things β so feel free to tell me where you want me to go into further detail.
I include some analysis on where the cards fit in terms of strategy and a market analysis of the price of the card in previous months. Feel free to suggest what more do you want me to look into.
In this edition I will be looking at the Efreet Elder.
The full artwork is really cool β the smaller picture in the card does not do it justice in my opinion.
This cardβs ID number is 289, and it is a card from the Reward set.

Card stats
I will be focusing my analysis on the usefulness of this card in lower leagues (i.e. bronze to gold).
This cardβs main features are its high HP and the Last Stand ability. These two combined can make Efreet Elder a very useful card. The card costs 6 mana, which does not leave a lot of room for it to be used in low mana battles. In medium mana battles it can be used as the last card and can catch a lot of opponents off guard. Furthermore, this card has 3 speed, which is not too bad and can be further increased under Pyre.
The current drawback of this card is that there is no Fire Summoner that can take this card to the next level in terms of usefulness. If ever a magic Fire summoner appears, this cardβs value will go significantly up.
This is still a useful card, so I would advise getting it if you can β it is at its lower price in a while, but more on this in the next section.
In my opinion, an interesting card to have, more so given its current price.
Letβs look at the last 6 months.
Looking at the graph, the following can be concluded:
Overall, the price of this card has been following the trend of the markets.
Please let me know in the comments if there is any further information you would like me to include in future analysis.
Stay safe!
