How alts react:
Buy in at new lows? Advantageous or not? Word on the street is, people are considering buying in at the new low prices... could be something to capitalize on.

What about decentralized exchanges?
Personally, I think this will just make people find ways to use more decentralized exchanges. Centralized ones are vulnerable to hacks as is, and those are the ones that will be the first targets for regulatory concerns. (IE. Coinbase-GDAX, Bittrex, etc.)
It's also never a bad idea to keep your crypto on a hardware wallet anyhow.
