I would say that I am definitely not a fan of wines. I mean I am drinking but this alcohol is not one of my favourites.
The only wine which I love is my grandparent's red wine, which they produce in our village ( by the grape from our garden).
But today I went with a friend of mine to the
Varna Winery
He had made a reservation and one of the employees of the winery showed us all the processes - where they keep the wine, how it ferments and everything that a wine lover should know.
Let me be honest with you - I enjoyed it and the suprise was that we had a lovely sampling of 7 wines. You can see them in this picture:
Of course when you try that much wine you should have some food.
This Winery it's amazing -> they prepared for us a lot of food ..
But what I loved the most was their fish.
I didn't know that in the wineries there is an opportunity to have a nice seafood dinner. Actually the sea it's not far away-It is about 20minutes drive with car.
This is the best fish that I ate this summer.
I still can't understand if it's because of the wine I drunk or it's because the fish was very fresh, but... it was amazing!
