"Blue Wings" is a commissioned acrylic artwork I did a few years ago. It's a 30" x 40" artwork realized on gallery wrapped canvas. I was asked by a friend to create a painting, something that would bring a dash of color to her living room. Given that was the only requirement, I could say I had a carte blanche. I love it when clients give me the freedom to create a new artwork!
Today, while I was searching for some other images of my older artworks I stumbled upon this photo and I thought of sharing it with you.
Looking at this image, I realized that my art went into a different direction. Lately I have been doing less and less figurative artworks. I did not give up on it. I simply got hooked on fluid art and abstract art. The colors on my palette changed slightly. I still use bright colors. As for the texture, I am all in for it!
