隆Hola!

Hello!
Today marks the start of the #Hive14Challenge creative challenge launched by @hivecreatorsday. Have you joined yet? It's great because the theme is completely open with some super fun guidelines, ideal for people like me who don't post much or for those who already do, which will help to build a support network. I'm excited to submit my entry and participate to create a habit, so I invite you to get excited and check out the whole proposal for this exciting and challenging challenge here.
I've been mentally preparing myself to take on this challenge. I'm not promising anything (laughs, I tell myself)...馃榿 but I am sure of one thing: I will do my best to achieve my goal of posting daily during the challenge for the first time. I believe that there is no single formula for maintaining consistency other than doing it every day.
To explore and identify what will work for me these days to maintain consistency and enjoy each day's posts from now on.
My content will focus on my daily work, my hobbies, and my lifestyle. I recently updated my profile with a new photo... after using the same image for about two years. I also added a new summary to my bio that says: Human development: creativity at the service of social causes. Citizen of the world.
This has been my profession and my service for more than 10 years, doing volunteer work. I am the co-founder of a foundation called Creactividad, and I have always felt very connected to my career, although I don't talk about it much. In this challenge, I will try to address some experiences, trials, and errors that have nourished me personally and professionally until now, because every day you learn new things.
Additionally, I took on social media jobs, started posting on IG, and had my first experiences working as a copywriter. Gradually, Hive was recommended to me, and that's how I learned countless ways to combine creativity, work, talent, and productivity, which led me to connect with incredible people in the community.
I like the connections that networks around the world allow, particularly Hive. I admit that I haven't been consistent with my own personal brand. I became overwhelmed by so much information, which is why a year ago I decided to stop posting on social media and took a break, haha. But seriously, it allowed me to reflect, develop new criteria, and embark on a constant process of de-influencing, especially from everything that was limiting my own creativity.
I had to undertake a visual, auditory, mental, and emotional detox from everything I saw on social media. I definitely accepted that I love creating content, even though I wanted to stop obsessing over the right way to create on social media. Every day I came across a thousand new strategies and concepts about personal branding, and that tormented me. I understood that I needed to let go and give meaning to an honest and authentic purpose. I realized that amid so much information, I had to stop and reflect on what I wanted from all this and how to use it to my advantage: AI, social media, filtering content, and committing to changing perspectives where I feel comfortable.
The digital world updates so quickly that something that worked yesterday no longer works today. For example, while I was taking a marketing course or diploma, the next day it was already outdated... oh, it's exhausting. I think the process should be enjoyable, and that was hard for me to understand, especially the importance of contributing value that is more like me and avoiding responding to what is dictated. So, I decided to take a break while I took on other work assignments, and after a year, I came back...
Of course, I started posting a few months ago on Hive, where I feel most comfortable, because decentralization allows for such luxuries. Likewise, I hope this experience will encourage me to return to other social networks that I have abandoned. After all, this allows us to build a window to the world and build connections with clear goals that take shape as we remain consistent. I know, I repeat it to myself and try to convince myself every day.
All that's left for me to say is that we'll be connecting here, and I wish you every success. If you've made it this far, I'd love to know: If you're already consistent, how do you organize yourself to create daily content and manage your time between all your responsibilities? If you're more intermittent like me, what plan will you apply to this challenge?
What I wish for you most is joy and success in this new adventure.
This post is part of my entry for the #Hive14Challenge with @hivecreatorsday, in which I hope you will share one of your expectations for the challenge.
