Today marks the major milestone of mobile device app for Monaco. The initial market reaction was negative, likely due to the absence of Payment network confirmation (there is no Visa logo on their official material yet).
Other interesting notes - as outlined by the companies blog post below:
there will no longer be a 1% fee charged for contribution to the asset contract (they are now sending 1% from the interchange fees collected from merchants)
there are a total of 5 different cards (including some very limited Black Cards still available)
as noted previously, they will be rolling out to each region in line with regulatory requirements for the jurisdiction and payment scheme.

As a key reason for this mornings sell off is absence of confirmed partnership with Visa, expect continued volatility until that piece is confirmed (according to the blog post this is to be done next month September 2017)
