MCO sell off continues - but the app is out and Payment partner program (likely VISA, will be announced this month).
The app seems to be functional, and people generally say it takes about 3 minutes to register. The bugs should slowly get worked out as the month progresses, and the actual cards start to be shipped.
There is a lot of FUD in the forums about riskiness of the company, with past business failure of executives highlighted. Time will tell as to viability (there is clear value proposition), but given the business operations witnessed thus far, Monaco is definitely going to attempt to make cryptocurrency more mainstream and usable for non technical people.
