There is Toys R us, Padini, Parkson and many more. There is something for everyone.
Huge car park
Drive through the parking gate and the beam lifts up. No ticket needed. The camera has an Optical character reader that records your number plate. You can pay the parking fees later at a kiosk or at a counter.
Symmetry
I love symmetries. Tall ceilings and the best part of it is, it is not crowded. Covid 19 is rampant and Omicron unstoppable. Social distancing.
Bamboo forest
There are forest here in Malaysia but not one that is covered with bamboos. So this is a perfect way to enjoy a walk in an artificial forest.
A Sakura tree
One of the most popular installments in any mall in Malaysia. Pink coloured flowers. A great place to take a photo with our loved ones.
My wife in her cartoony shirt
My preferred choice of outfit. Short pants and a T shirt. Minimalist. Once, I got scolded by Brunei's immigration for wearing short pants. Sitting there checking on my phone when all of a sudden, the man inside the counter stood up. Screamed. Haha.. Professionalism at its highest grade. It's my fault for not reading the rules.
The second floor
Shops here are huge. What's that pole used for? To make sure that anything larger than that doesn't go up or down like luggages or shopping trolleys that could potentially somehow mess up with the inner mechanism of the escalator. Yes, Malaysians tend to do that. We will try. If it's possible, we will do it. Rules are not broken if no one sees. I remember some years ago when I was in Brisbane, Australia on a tour with my fellow Malaysians. It was a company trip. We were at Universal studios. While the Australians were calmly standing there in line, the Malaysians were in a hurry and cut queue. haha.. I guess it is the fear of missing out. The pride of winning. The KIASU (not wanting to lose) culture. Sorry, sometimes, the sarcastic side of mine takes over.
The food court
I was there late at about 8:30PM. Most of the stalls were closed but I was there to admire the decor. Is it expensive to eat here? The answer is no. Usually, in any food court in Malaysia, the stalls here are affordable.

COACH
I usually seldom go to a luxury shop but I like to take pictures of the outside. Usually, these shops have bodyguards standing there and escorting you to the display. I prefer walking to a store and checking out stuff on my own.

There are two main malls to visit if you ever go to Kuching which are
- Vivacity mall (This is the biggest I think in Sarawak)
