Good Morning.. How are all of you? It is Monday again. How has your weekend been?
I have had a busy weekend, but one of the most exciting days for me is Wednesday, which is the day for me to have a one-day rest just to enjoy a bit of laziness.

One thing that you can constantly find here in Miri is food bazaars.
This is one of the bazaars here in Miri. There are lots of local delights that are being sold. If you love food, this is definitely a post for you.
I love going to bazaars at times just to see what food is available and to support local sellers.
Fried Wanton skin filled with delicious fillings. This is quite the popular treat here.
The local vendors here are quite creative and love to create different types of drinks to attract customers to buy. It even comes in many colours. I think, from my view, most of the drinks here are quite delicious. However, the only problem is that the drinks are sometimes too sweet.
The Muslim community here has learnt the art of making buns. These are Chinese-style buns but halal, so muslims can enjoy the food here without any worries. There are many different choices of fillings too, ranging from Chicken Mushroom, Chicken BBQ to even buttermilk. My favourite filling is the buttermilk, butter filling that is dried with sugar and tastes slightly like cheese.
These are the best on the menu.
If you're here at this bazaar, this is one of the best types of local delights to check out is the grilled chicken. These are really tasty. It has that burnt taste.
These are the spice-loaded fried chicken. It's fried and it is crispy and at the same time you get a burst of loads of flavours bursting in the mouth.
A huge bowl of curry beef.
These are inspired by Dubai, and usually we call it the Dubai-style chocolate Kunafa. Then, here they made lots of versions of this in different colours. Which colour would you want to buy?
