One of my favourite meals in Miri is Sushi, and the one place that I love to eat sushi at is Sushi Mentai.
It sounds like the name of an anime.

This is a delicious plate of sushi.
This is my wife after work. And we are hungry...... really, really hungry. as hungry as a wolf.
6 p.m. The best time to be here. No queue. Everyone hasn't arrived for dinner. At 7, this row of benches becomes full of customers sitting there waiting for a table inside.
The best part of this dish is that the sushi has a slightly smoked texture that adds to the overall flavour of this dish.
The cheese overall is burnt. Delicious.
Fried seaweed wraps around the rice, and the middle part of it has some delicious burnt mayo sauce.
Some of the dishes that we got from the conveyor belt. Usually, I would go for the raw salmon dishes. Here at Sushi Mentai, the prices of the sushi plates are quite reasonable. The most expensive plate is around USD 1.30.

Many cars park here. This is how popular this restaurant gets at a time. The one thing I think that a lot of people loveabout eating here is that it is quite affordable and does not really reduce their next purchase . Why pay a lot when you can pay and eat here often.
with fried tempura in the middle. This dish is amazing. A must-have if they have it. I got most of this from their conveyor belt. It keeps coming in huge quantities.
