Scoops is an advanced command line installer for windows which easily helps the user install programs with less friction and ease. It installs programs to your home directory which is set on default without the need for admin permissions to install programs. There won't be any UAC popups every time you need remove or add any program.

1. Users can easily get comfortable on the Windows command line to easily install programs into home directory with ease with no permission needed

cons

1. There is some time to understand how this works but there are many tutorials to learn from.
