Today, I am going to share a post which is to let you see what the prices of things are here in Sarawak and let you compare with the prices in your own place. For reference, 1 USD = RM 3.97 roughly
I was one day walking around the supermarket, a place that I love visiting, and thought, maybe I should write about a post of the prices in my country.
This is one of my favourite chocolates. A pack of 3 is around RM 13.30 or around USD 3.35.
These are filled with creamy chocolate filling. One of the best types of Chocolates.
A bag of chips.
Cottage fries Potato Chips
RM 2.68 for 60 grams or around USD 0.68 cents USD.
Milk - a pack of 4 of 1 litre is around MYR 25 or USD 6.30.
I usually buy lots of milk to add to my coffee to give it a bit of creamy texture to drink. But, I don't add any sugar. Milk gives it that slightly sweet taste.
A pack of OREOS is around RM 2.38 or USD 60 cents. These are one of my favourite type of cookies. These are used in various food recipes from cheesecakes to ice cream toppings.
A loaf of breaf is around MYR 3.80 or USD 1.
The expiry is usually around a week.
These are filled with lots of oreo bits in the middle and anything that has Oreo's inside is definitely what I want to have.
MYR 6.88 during promotion or around USD 1.75.
5 KGS of Powdered Detergent is around MYR 14.88 or around USD 3.75.
5 KGS of washing detergent is going to last at least a few months which is quite worth the money to get.

The locally made cheese snacks. These are although quite affordable but they don't skip on quality at all.
RM 1.70 is around USD 43 cents.
Eggs are around RM 18 or USD 4.50 per tray of 24 eggs in a tray.
