Hi hi.. Happy Friday... hope that your doing well... Recently, I went hiking in Brunei. I recorded a portion of it on my camera. I enjoy using the InstaX3 to
film everything nowadays, quite fun to do. The huge angle is superb. Hiking in Brunei is pretty enjoyable activity. The trails are flat. There are not that many people around.

The entrance into the trails

This is the entry to these trails. The most important tip that I can give for anyone who is interested in hiking but have never done so. Don't treat it like your jogging here. Just take it slow and steady.

Descending trail

There are lots of descending and ascending trails. Lots and lots of trees. It was raining heavily so some of the trails are slightly wet.

Beautiful sun

The beautiful view at around 4:30pm in the afternoon. The sun shines on the leaves.

My mom in law

She's turning 65 soon and pretty active. This whole trail took us 1 hour and she did not even complain a bit. She loves to walk. She wakes up really early and starts doing gardening, cleaning and many more.

Usually, the going up part is harder than the going down. Getting down is easier but the knees get some pounding , so it's best not to run down or else there would be long term damage to the knee.

A breath of fresh air

Once in a while, it's great to go out and head to the wild and just enjoy the view. Look at the beautiful skies. Smell the fresh air. Have some activity and get the muscles working.
