Good Morning to all my wonderful friends here. It's a wonderful Tuesday again.

I recently went to Brunei for a short day trip. Brunei is one of the most infamous countries that you have ever heard of.

My wife is a citizen of Brunei. So, from time to time, I will visit Brunei with her to meet my mom-in-law. It usually takes around 1 hour from Miri to reach my mom-in-law's house.

Rainy day. The first place to visit is the supermarket. This supermarket is called

The Blue Door

Blue Door opened its doors last year. One of the best things that both the Malaysian government and the Sarawak government has done is to give out food aid to most of the citizens, helping out with some of the burden.

There is a distinct colour theme here at this supermarket, and that is the blue and white theme. This supermarket is spacious, and it gives all the customers buying here a feeling of space.

Fresh Watermelons here. Sarawak has a lot of farms, so a lot of the fresh produce here is from the farms. There is also pre-cut fruits that I usually buy too.

After getting some groceries, my wife and I went to eat breakfast at a restaurant here. Usually, in Miri, a lot of the popular eateries are non-airconditioned.

This place has a special feature, and that is the fish. They have this clear aquarium with lots of cute goldfish inside. I am definitely a Goldfish fan. The goldfish here are all quite vivid in colour.

PAN MEE

This bowl of noodles is handmade flat noodles. Then, they marinate it in a delicious flavour, then add some chilli flakes. There are also fried anchovies inside this bowl of Pan Mee.
