Good Morning to all my wonderful family here 
Arrived at around 7:30 a.m. There is a mall next to this particular place. Lots of people are starting their day off by eating here before heading to work, chatting with their friends. That's the best time of the day.
The first thing that I noticed that makes this dish is that the egg is quite juicy. The egg yolk is still intact, and when you bite into it, the yolk pours out. The other thing I found quite attractive about this plate of noodles is the fragrant, aromatic smell. Quite amazing.
After that, we went to work. I guess I enjoy my work, and after a couple of hours, the best time has arrived, and that is lunchtime. There is a popular dish that is trending: Nasi Ayam Gepuk. This dish is the star of a lot of restaurants around Miri.
The scene features an earthy, textured wood-paneled wall, creating a warm, natural backdrop with an array of woven rattan items, traditional wicker hats and concentric decorative mirros.
This is a creative way of having lamps which creates a warm ambiance that is warm and well lit. The lights are not over bright and just bright enough to look at my food.
I ordered a wonderful cup of hot coffee. Just the thing that I needed for the other half of my day. I usually go jogging in the evenings so this cup of caffeine hopefully is enough to fuel my workout.
I was here for this.
THE AYAM GEPUK
This is the main dish, featuring a plate piled with greatness, where you get to crunch on a crispy fried chicken alongside a dish worth the time eating. My wife and I shared this dish together as the portion here is huge. The food is served on dark wooden table lined with parchment paper to reduce the oiliness.
My wife also ordered a plate of crispy golden fried mushroom. This replaced french fries. They have fried it so crispy that it compared to a piece of fried chicken as you bite into it and it is not that oily too.
