When I read the title, the immediate idea that nanotechnology has something to do with oil came to my mind, I certainly did not find any relation, but when I read your arguments, I understood that a whole series of thermochemical reactions are generated, which according to what I understand, tend to decrease the viscosity of oil and improve its mobility.
