Greetings @franyeligonzalez, for many people 2020 was a complete disaster, regardless of which country they were in, economically according to the statistical reports the impact was harder for the European states, which saw their income and economic growth plummet during these 12 months of the pandemic, then followed by the South American countries where we saw emerging economies retreat. Your invitation for a retrospective analysis, in addition to recalling the economic, health, and family imbalances, allows us to assess that even in adverse circumstances we were able to establish bridges to reach some of our proposed goals, and those that we were not able to achieve, will be our priority objectives to execute them in 2021. In my particular case, I will put all my efforts into the third point, as I intend to close a deal in the search for greater stability.
