放下才能重新开始
生而为人，烦恼总是相伴的。一旦纠结于自己无可奈何的事，便会痛苦不堪。想明白了，你就不会那么累了。我就是陷入自己赌博亏钱之中才一直处于烦恼之中，每天想着过去的事情总是会让自己惴惴不安。我想只有放下才能重新开始。

因为热爱，所以努力
曾经以为自己经历过许多，可以独当一面了，曾经以为自己懂得了许多，可以被称为男子汉了。现在的自己回想起来，才知道过去的我是多么的天真，多么的可笑。 我们曾许下过誓言，在蔚蓝的天空下，举着右手，许下了我们的梦想。在追梦的路上，我们一再跌倒，不被理解，不被支持，如今的我们，少了当初的稚嫩，多了一些成熟;少了当初的天真，多了一些忧虑;少了当初的纯洁，多了一些圆滑。

从赌博中走出来的亲身经历
我如今已经走过了26个春秋，想起自己往昔所做的一切，曾几何时，自己一个人在夜里暗自神伤，那个时候就想着死了一了百了，可思想经过无数次的挣扎，还是选择了坦然面对。

人生应该有好的心态
人若想一生活的快乐，那就必须要有一个好心态。积我二十多年的人生经验，我认为，好心态的主要标志就是宽容他人，不与任何人斤斤计较，就会获得幸福。 培养一个好的心态就是要努力塑造良好的价值观，能够在人生的天平上做到心理平衡，这样才能控制自己的情绪并获得健康的身心、释放强劲的生命力好影响力。好的心态有助于人的智力正常、意志坚强、品质优良、人格健全、人际关系正常、主动适应并改造环境、人生道路顺畅、人的寿命延长。
