Well, if it is cold enough, it isn't actually that hard :)
Here are a few shots of a Sunday walk in Espoo - south of a place called "klobben" - where you can go swimming in the summer.
This is a small part of the Gulf of Finland.
Don't make waves :)
For pedestrians - stay close to mainland! (Every winter a couple of people go fishing or skiing on the ice, never to return - why do we never learn...)
