They are officials at the related service, and they invite all the people in remote villages to come to the sub-district office office, which is located very narrowly and is just right. on the side of a public causeway or Sumatran cross where the traffic is very congested, it is often passed by large tanker cars, public buses are also large in size, the main thing is this road never quiet from the track of big cars and small cars and also motorbikes which are very, very fast because here there are straight roads, there are no intersections. I see there are thousands here people passing by crossing the road, there are women there are children and there are even grandmothers who have to be carried to come to this place because they can't be represented.
Even though they invited these people only to get money with a very small amount, I think, if the exchange rate with dollars is under eleven dollars. But here we also have to queue approximately four to six hours to get eleven dollars or more precisely 150 thousand rupiah. In the event that each village has its own official or village apparatus, which according to the way I think it would be practical if only village officials were invited to bring home the aid money from the local government.
