First Man is a 2018 American dramatic film about the preparation of the Apollo 11 space mission to the Moon in 1969. It is directed by Damien Chazelle with a screenplay by Nicole Perlman and Josh Singer, based on the book First Man: The Life of Neil A. Armstrong, by James R. Hansen. The film stars Ryan Gosling, who plays Neil Armstrong, along with Claire Foy, Corey Stoll, Kyle Chandler and Jason Clarke. It was released in the United States on October 12, 2018.
the movie is good is drama and shows us how it was that the nasa put a man on the moon and this man is neil armstrong
At the beginning of the movie the daughter of Armstrong dies and Ryan Gosling makes us see that Neil suffered a lot and that the work took him away from the pain
neil armstrong was a very intelligent person and he was not very sociable and he did not have much contact with his children nor with his wife sometimes preferred to be alone
ryan gosling does a tremendous job in playing the role of neil armstrong as it reflects very convincingly the pain suffered by neil for the death of his daughter and his fellow pilots and also transmitted that passion that felt armstrong for the work that conviction that he was going to get to the moon
the movie is sober and has great sound effects and shows us the path of armstrong to tread the moon
I do not like that sometimes it becomes a little tedious but only for a moment
I hope you can enjoy this movie as much or more than what I did
