Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of a get-together that my friends and I held this weekend to make things dynamic. Today we went to the Villa Alianza park in Puerto Ordaz. Today we only dedicated the day to doing dynamic exercises because the truth is that with the tension we felt a little fatigued from the week's training. As for dynamics, I tried the basic turns a little like the 360 since I had a lot of dynamics left undone.
