Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de un pequeño paseo que tuve hoy domingo, el cual es mi dia de descanso. Este paseo lo di en compañía de mi pareja @mariflores-sw justo antes de ir a hacer nuestras compras semanales. El clima hoy ha estado muy agradable como para un paseo y aproveché para tomar unas fotos mostrando mis habilidades y mis prendas de swc obsequiadas en anteriores eventos. A pesar de la situación política que atraviesa nuestro país, me alegra ver qué la gente saca fuerzas para siempre salir a la calle y sonreír a las adversidades.

Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of a short walk I had today, Sunday, which is my day of rest. I took this walk in the company of my partner @mariflores-sw just before going to do our weekly shopping. The weather today was very pleasant for a walk and I took the opportunity to take some photos showing my skills and my swc clothing given away at previous events. Despite the political situation that our country is going through, I am happy to see that people find the strength to always go out into the streets and smile in the face of adversity.

En cuanto a las habilidades y elementos que realice en las fotografías, hice algunos aguantes de front lever y no voy a mentir, me sigo sintiendo un poco pesado, pero está semana entrante voy a hacer 2 días de descarga, 1 día para los elementos de empuje y 1 día para los elementos de jalón, así aprovecho para hacer algo de ejercicio básicos para el fortalecimiento de mis músculos. También realice un poco de balance y juegos con el equilibrio. Considero ser una persona con un buen control de parada de manos en suelo y miniparalelas, pero tenía muchísimo tiempo sin hacerla en barras altas cosa que ha hecho que perdiera confianza en este elemento, pero de igual forma quise arriesgarme e intentarla a un brazo.

As for the skills and elements that I did in the photographs, I did some front lever holds and I'm not going to lie, I still feel a little heavy, but this coming week I'm going to do 2 days of unloading, 1 day for the elements of push and 1 day for the pull elements, so I take the opportunity to do some basic exercises to strengthen my muscles. Also do some balance and balance games. I consider myself to be a person with good control of handstands on the ground and mini-parallels, but I had not done it on high bars for a long time, which has caused me to lose confidence in this element, but I still wanted to take a risk and try it with one arm.
