El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de una pequeña práctica de balance y ejercicios de equilibrio. Hoy por ser domingo y día de descanso de los entrenamientos, para no estar sin hacer nada decidí darle un poquito a las practicas de pino y sus variantes, la verdad es muy divertido y me da mucha lastima no darle más atención de la que se debería, porque la verdad que es muy divertido así como beneficioso.
