Hay varias clases de acordeones, el que tengo yo tiene varias peculiaridades, una de ellas es el hecho de que en cada tecla se pueden tocar dos notas musicales diferentes, ya que cuando el fuelle abre la tecla da una nota musical, pero al cerrar el fuelle, la tecla dará otra nota. Esto puede producir alguna dificultad cuando al tocar me encuentro con varias notas seguidas que son todas de abrir el fuelle porque a veces ya no se puede abrir más y aun faltan notas por tocar. En el caso inverso, también se da que toco varias notas cerrando el fuelle y ya lo cerré totalmente y me faltan aún dos o tres notas (o más) que solo sonarán cerrando el fuelle, entonces debo hacer un silencio (que no va allí) para poder abrir y volver a cerrar. Mi acordeón no tiene "teclas negras", no cuento entonces con sostenidos (#) ni bemoles (b) por lo cual me veo obligado a transportar las piezas a Do Mayor o La menor y cuando aparece el Sol# característico de La menor hacer un silencio en su lugar. Y...no tiene la nota Si agudo.
