Hello and happy new year's eve!
Today I want to share with you one of my most recent drawings, it is a portrait of Frida Kahlo, one of my favorite Latin American artists.
I Draw a drawing using three different techniques, crayons, collage and mosaic.
The first technique was the crayon, I used my favorite crayons, the prismacolor premier, and a little paint to give it a different effect, this drawing took me about 3 days to do it
The second technique that applied was that of mosaic, this consists of cutting out small parts of some material (in this case I used colored paper) and grouping them leaving a space in between, this technique took me about 2 days.
The third and last technique is the collage and consists of juxtaposing materials (in this case I also used colored papers) to achieve the desired figure, in this technique I also delayed around 2 days.
I hope you like my post, soon I will be publishing more of my drawings!
