Above is a picture of a taditional marriage taking place. The groom can only see his bride after paying the bride price. The people of Ughelli are known for making every event a colorful one.
Moving on to their yummy delicacies,above is a picture of banga soup.It is usually served with starch.
Here is another delicious meal.. Yam pepper soup. It is called ukodo.
An annual festival is usually organized. Trust me the entertainment is top notch. You get to see people showcase their dance moves. Other events include wrestling and performance by the masquerades.
