BREAKING: Chinese President Xi Jinping just publicly supported China going all-in on blockchain technology across their economy.
President Xi says China should be quicker in the blockchain adoption race. "We must take blockchain as an important breakthrough for independent innovation of core technologies," Xi said at a Politburo Committee session. He also stated that blockchain will be key to achieving economic advantage, though China has historically been resistant to the rise of cryptocurrencies.
