If actions concerning the redistribution of rewards, (or personal feelings) get in the way of expressing what you believe about some serious fundamental principles regarding society and it's well being - it tells you a lot about that persons makeup.
Such as:

1/ The moral compass of the person doing the action.
2/ The emotional maturity of the person doing the action.
3/ The intellect of the person doing the action.
4/ The value system of the person doing the action.

It's very good for people to know as much as possible psychologies, or personality traits, behind the actions of such things - especially when it's involving those in positions of 'power'.

Wouldn't you agree?

As a parent - wouldn't you have preferred to know all about jimmy saville's personality and psychology, before going on his show with your kid ?

It's all about information.

Understanding ones motivations behind someones actions tells you a lot .
Volumes !

I'm all for people making there own minds up , armed with as much information as is possible.

Transparency.
...Which is why 'the midwits' dislike me - they hate transparency (while also going on about it incessantly).
Image is more important then facts to people of such psychological makeups.
So, because I'm the total opposite of that - I scare them/ make them defensive/insecure.
Lies hate truth - and much of 'image' is a lie of course. Otherwise it wouldn't be an image.

Would you like to be associated - or support - someone who thinks that pedophilia is an accepted social norm?
Would you prefer not to have the information, rather than having it?
The actions (upvoting or downvoting on such a serious issue) , will tell you many things about a person.
The actions themselves, illustrates certain personality traits that can , at best, be described as dubious/weak/disingenuous/ or even sociopathic ,in nature.

The great thing about the block-chain is that actions are recorded for the world to see.

I try to give out information - and then let other people decide about their own actions using there own value system and conscience (if they have any).
