This was my understanding of your perspective.

People who defaulted on the tax collectors or no longer played the game of financial fraud (loans, debt etc), which in my own bent 'theological' mind - is participating and supporting 'evil'.

Why, or rather how, is it possible to take the morale high ground - when not participating in evil is surely god's favorite gig?

Complaining about the system, when the 'system' you want, is inherently bad, (picks on the weak, destroys happiness blah blah)...is supporting the evil side of things.

You see what I mean?
