How do you think things improve , without ever criticizing?...A Sunday meander before breakfast...

Open and honest criticism is abhorred by the midwit.

It must be so.
They are so insecure in their positions, that they hate to have their ideas and perspective put under scrutiny.
The horror of all horrors !

Questioned !

Because of these deep down terrors - they will try to create an environment where open criticism is penalized, and sycophancy is rewarded.

Isn't that HIVE in a nutshell?

Sycophancy is rewarded from the inflation pool (upvotes), and criticism is punished (downvotes).
Up-voting and down-voting in this ecosystem is the only real world expression of tangible punishments.

Open criticism of accounts with stupid ideas and shallow thought process, is rewarded with being penalized.

This is a characteristic of the insecure midwit expressing itself.

If this doesn't work (someone isn't relenting under the pressure from idiots) then the pressure is ramped up.
Psychological warfare is used.

The great thing about psychological warfare, is it's fragility.

Or rather, the fragility of the exercise, if the psychological offensive is an unjust one.

For example - I am - right now, engaging in the process of conducting psychological warfare.
On the midwit.
The counter psychological warfare is already getting itself into gear.
Which was my intended tactic.

If you understand the psychology of the midwit - the predictability of it then necessarily follows.
They're not equipped with the intellectual tools to do anything differently.
When all you have is hammer, every problem is seen as a nail.
Their predictability, becomes about as boring as their posts.

My 'war' is just.

It's based in truth, transparency, and authenticity.

The warfare conducted against these aims, is - by definition , lies, propaganda, subterfuge, and the maintaining of power.

For this fear motivated strategy to work, it only requires silence from those who see what's going on.
And for this strategy to fail , simply requires the strategy being brought to light.

And herein lies the 'unjust wars' weakness....

...One of the motivating factors behind the midwit psychology, is approval from the peer group.
The peer group - having been notified of said subterfuge from one of it's members - cannot endorse such behaviors.
Why?
Because they themselves belong to more than one peer group... a larger group ....one called society. (or the hive ecosystem).

The 'politeness' and 'niceness' in which they place so much value on, would be seen to be fake if they were to endorse such behaviors as psychological attacks.
While they may be fully aware of it going on, as long as it's not openly talked about, it can be swept under the rug and willfully ignored.

Once is IS brought to their attention - and the world knows that it has been brought to their attention - they're then caught between a rock and hard place.
The instigators of the warfare then become the pariahs in the very peer group they want so much to belong to!
That would create extreme psychological pain in the instigators.

Transparency and open honesty is the enemy of the midwit.

The system we are in right now, favors the social dynamics suited to the midwit.

It does not favor open discussion and the criticism of accounts.

Can you imagine what would happen to someone in the third world lets say...
A person who's income relies on NOT being penalized.
A person who knows that they would not eat that night, if they had the temerity to express their valued and intelligent perspectives?

Would they dare criticize a 'whale' who also happens to have a brain the size of peanut?

Of course not.

Soft tyranny is still tyranny.

The system we have now favors staying quiet, and write nothing but mediocrity, day in and day out .
This only serves to make the platform look busier without adding any quality.

The midwit cannot compete with quality.
Originality.
Passion.
(i.e higher thinking, humor, freedom of expression.)

The HIVE ecosystem is built in such a way so as to promote exactly that kind of sycophantic, not conflict, non critical, behavior.

Ergo - IT DOESN'T IMPROVE - IT STAGNATES.

Stagnating ecosystems are dying ecosystems.

If this system is built is as intended, then it only goes to show the underlying fear being the architects...(midwits - or higher IQ, sociopathic, control freaks )

If this system is not built with those intentions, then it only goes to show the fear behind the larger staked inhabitants currently in the ecosystem.

Fear from those that have the power to change things and do not (preferring the status quo) is a midwit characteristic.
