It is depended on luck that you get legendary gold foil and only a few can get it because it is not easy to get legendary gold foil card for everyone. Users who are playing in gold, diamond and champion league have a higher chance to get legendary gold foil. The higher the league the more chances to get this. Right now I lost the gold league because I have sold some monsters because of some home expenses and they are some extra cards that I have sold.
It was evangelist monster which is epic life unit reward card. The thing is I a not playing it because I have more alternative monsters to play but this card has good collection power value. Most of the player use pelacor arbalest and I am doing the same because this specific monsters gives you more attacks because it has double strike ability and it's price is low than other monsters because it is chaos legion card which has more supply. But If you can gather it more, you will be the lucky guy because this card will boom in price. I am gathering this monster by rewards and I am getting it from chaos legion pack.
Taking it with general sloan monster will be killer team because this monster is increase the attacks of pelacor arbalest. So this is how I am taking benefit of other ranged attack monsters so that's why I sold evangelist but I was forced to do it. Becasue of this selling my collection power has dropped but soon I will add more power but I can't do it in january because I have lots of expenses in this month. So because of this reason I have less chance to get any gold foil card in this month but obviously I will get some good rewards which is obviously not legendary gold foil.
It is not necessary that you should get legendary gold foil card every month and it is not even possible for anyone. Yes you will get some decent gold foil monsters but it is also depended on luck and the league that you are playing. If you are playing higher league then congratulation to you because you have more chance to get some decent rewards. Users who are playing champion are getting some decent amount of rewards and I have seen their rewards while i am scrolling in splinterlands discord and on splinter talk. It is really great to take motivation from these users so you can set your goals for higher leagues.
Right now my main goal is to strong my deck and then increase the collection power but there is sps staking is also coming in near future and that will surely effect on collection power and we don't know that it will effect negative or positive but only time will tell that what is going to happen in tis first quarter of 2023 because many decent things are coming in splinterlands. I think land will be game changer for splinterlands because it will increase the demand of DEC as well as SPS and also splinterlands NFTS because they are connected with each other and I hope you know that SPS-DEC burning mechanism.
Although, I am not playing higher league nowadays but still I am trying my luck in the game and playing manually. Last week, My friend got epic legendary monster in silver league so it is not bad at all. First I have to focus on inceasing stake of SPS then my target wll be increase the power of deck along with collection power.
