Hace bastante tiempo, yo me vi una serie llamada Ragnarok, esta la vi en el año 2023, y en su momento contaba con dos temporadas. Recuerdo que me gustó normal y en ese momento en que la vi pensé que se hacían una tercera temporada, debía ser definitiva, y ya darle fin a esta serie. Para contarles brevemente de qué trata, está basada en la mitología nórdica, en un mundo más moderno, en una lucha entre gigantes y dioses. Los gigantes son como los mismos de siempre, o sea, no han muerto, simplemente se han mantenido con vida y han evolucionado. Y los dioses son más como reencarnaciones, ya que como que van descubriendo qué es lo que pueden hacer, pero si no nos muestran demasiados efectos especiales, los gigantes ni siquiera son grandes, son personas normales, entrecomillas.

Quite some time ago, I watched a series called Ragnarok. I saw it in 2023, and at the time it had two seasons. I remember liking it, and when I watched it, I thought they would make a third season, which would be the final one, bringing the series to a close. To briefly summarize what it's about, it's based on Norse mythology, set in a more modern world, in a struggle between giants and gods. The giants are the same as always, that is, they haven't died, they've simply stayed alive and evolved. And the gods are more like reincarnations, as they discover what they can do, but if they don't show us too many special effects, the giants aren't even big, they're normal people, so to speak.

Esa serie comenzó mostrándonos a un chico llamado Magne, quien tenía bastantes problemas como dislexia, y falta de atención, el cual venía de una familia bastante pequeña y pobre, ya que vivía con su hermano y su mamá en una casa humilde. Posteriormente, nos va mostrando cómo las desigualdades que hay en el pueblo, ya que hay una empresa llamada Jutul, la cual básicamente controla todo, pero que también a sus empleados no los trata del todo bien, ya que algunos se han enfermado y no les han pagado por ello. Posteriormente, en la siguiente temporada vemos a un Magne un poquito más atrevido y un poquito más enterado de qué es lo que puede hacer. Es la temporada donde se forja el martillo y la cual finaliza con quién sería la reencarnación de Loki, llevando a la serpiente hacia un lago. Ya en esta tercera temporada vemos la continuación de ello, como Magne avanzó muchísimo en su personalidad, y ahora está mucho más seguro de sí mismo de lo que quiera hacer, y de cómo puede luchar contra los You. También vemos las consecuencias dentro de esa familia, al ya no tener como el padre presente, y qué fue lo que pasó con la hermana, después de eso, pequeña tradición. También vemos cómo Magne, va cambiando entre capítulos, volviéndose mucho más como espiado y dejándose llevar por todos los que les va pasando. También tenemos un poquito de acción, ya que entre ellos hay como pequeñas luchas que son más que todo intercambios de palabras, ya que ellos tenían ciertos acuerdos que van rompiendo y van aflojándose a acuerdos nuevamente. Durante toda la temporada, que tiene seis capítulos, se nota que se quiere evitar la guerra, pero que ambos bandos quieren acabar con el otro. Obviamente, la guerra es inevitable, y es algo que se nota, solo que entre capítulos sea postergando hasta el final.

The series began by introducing us to a boy named Magne, who had quite a few problems, such as dyslexia and attention deficit disorder, and who came from a fairly small and poor family, living with his brother and mother in a humble home. Later, it shows us the inequalities that exist in the town, as there is a company called Jutul, which basically controls everything, but also does not treat its employees very well, as some have fallen ill and have not been paid for it. Later, in the next season, we see a Magne who is a little more daring and a little more aware of what he can do. It is the season where the hammer is forged and which ends with who would be the reincarnation of Loki, leading the snake to a lake. In this third season, we see the continuation of this, as Magne has grown a lot in his personality, and is now much more confident about what he wants to do and how he can fight the You. We also see the consequences within that family, no longer having the father present, and what happened to the sister after that, a small tradition. We also see how Magne changes between episodes, becoming much more like a spy and letting himself be carried away by everything that happens to them. We also have a little bit of action, as there are small fights between them that are mostly exchanges of words, since they had certain agreements that they break and then loosen up again. Throughout the season, which has six episodes, it is clear that they want to avoid war, but that both sides want to destroy the other. Obviously, war is inevitable, and it is something that is noticeable, only that between episodes it is postponed until the end.

A mí realmente me parece bastante buena, siento que es una serie de fantasía que hay que darle la oportunidad, no es la mejor de todas, pero es bastante entretenida. Creo que negativamente lo que más me afecta de la serie, es que no nos muestran demasiados efectos especiales, todo queda mucho en luchas de poder verbal, y a lo más los efectos que podemos tener son los efectos del rayo. Básicamente la reencarnación de Thor, que es Magne, cuando decide invocar los rayos o cuando va practicando con el martillo. Siento que es algo muy que Bello quedarse en la primera o segunda temporada, porque todavía se siente como bastante inseguro, aunque el martillo lo llama y le indica que tiene que usar el poder. Además, el hecho de qué los gigantes no son grandes, es súper contradictorio, siento que los poderes en generar se quedan muy por encima, son muy de mención, pero espero un esperaba un poquito más de ello. Pero la verdad no es una mala serie, no me ha decepcionado de todo, creo que no tiene puntos así Super malos en trama, obviamente se va a hacer la mitología nórdica y hay cosas que ya están establecidas, así que si cambian demasiadas cosas, si estaría muy mal, yo no conozco, estaba la mitología al 100%, hay muchísimas cosas que desconozco, pero a mí la verdad me atrapó bastante. I really think it's quite good. I feel like it's a fantasy series that deserves a chance. It's not the best ever, but it's quite entertaining. I think the most negative thing about the series for me is that they don't show us many special effects. It's all about verbal power struggles, and the most we get are lightning effects. Basically, Thor's reincarnation, Magne, when he decides to summon lightning or when he's practicing with the hammer. I feel like it's better to stick with the first or second season because it still feels pretty uncertain, even though the hammer calls him and tells him he has to use the power. Also, the fact that the giants aren't big is super contradictory. I feel like the powers in general are way over the top, they're very noteworthy, but I was expecting a little more from it. But the truth is, it's not a bad series. It hasn't disappointed me at all. I don't think there are any really bad points in the plot. Obviously, it's going to be based on Norse mythology, and there are things that are already established, so if they change too many things, it would be very bad.
