It's a really simple theory, propounded by nature itself, since the beginning of time. Some exceptional humans found out about this secret an lived by it, while most humans don't know about it and get wiped out.
Anyone can live forever through their deeds. When someone lives a life of impact, they're never forgotten. They live on forever in the hearts of those who are left behind, and those that come after them. Their footprints are left on the sands of time, they are immortal, because they'll never die in the hearts of people , or never be forgotten because their deeds will always be there to remind people of them.
