People talk about love too damn much. So much that, it's become a cliché to most people, and when asked to define what it means to them, they're not even able to do that.
On a good day, get into a conversation with these people who proclaim love, and you'll find, much to your amusement that, they don't even love or appreciate who they are. Now, how can you love someone else, when you don't love yourself? How can you thrive in a relationship with someone else, when you don't have one with yourself?
Ours, is a society where we're being taught whatever is convenient for our teachers and guardians, thereby leaving out allow the important stuff. In all our education, no one taught us how to love ourselves. The love for one's self, which happens to be the most basic of relationships is missing, and yet, we wonder why people malfunction psychosocially.
Beautiful, healthy, and thriving relationships with ourselves and our society isn't magic, It's work done. People need to come to terms with themselves, people need to accept themselves, they need to appreciate who they are, and work on being a better version of themselves. People need to know that the greatest love of all, is achievable. Learning to love yourself, is the greatest love of all.
