As someone who has been on the Steemit platform since the beginning (one month after launch), it's been cool to watch Steemit evolve, and it's going to be great to have a fresh influx of new content creators and consumers pour into the ecosystem.

You may want to look into joining some of the communities on Discord, as it has become the natural extension of Steemit and kind of the unofficial messenger service.
