Raspberry Pi PoE HAT

It is the newest product of Raspberry Pi, on which the PoE HAT is a small accessory that is built for the Raspberry Pi computer. The Power over Ethernet HAT can be used only with the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ that was launched March this year. This small accessory allows us to power up the Raspberry Pi using the PoE enabled networks.

The Power over Ethernet HAT is an add-on board for the Model B+. Some specifications of the product are the ff:

• Having a 802.3af Power over Ethernet
• An isolated mode for switching to power supply
• A class 2 device having a 37 to 57V DC
• The product output will be 5V/2.5A DC
• A brushless fan for cooling the processor is built, 25mm x 25mm by size.
• Lastly, Fan Control.
