Part of financial literacy, we need to teach our own child to save early. My son is 1 year old and we decided to open an account for as low as Php 100.00 to start early saving for his future fund.
This is not part of investment but planning to have a liquid emergency fund.
The emergency fund is the total of your expenses per month multiply to 3 to 6 which is considered as an emergency fund. This fund is not from our own pocket but it came from his godparents (Ninong and Ninangs).
